Beijing Zhongke Guangxi Institute of Science and Technology (also known as Zhongxi Institute) is a collectively-owned (shareholding cooperative) research and testing organization affiliated with the Beijing Frontier Science and Technology Research Institute, serving as a scientific research institution focused primarily on research and testing. Zhongxi Institute adheres to the principle of balancing fundamental research with applied research, and integrating applied research with technology commercialization, developing into a comprehensive research institute characterized by its "discipline-building through missions" approach. With approval from relevant authorities, it has become a third-party analytical testing service provider and has obtained CMA/CNAS accreditation. The institute offers services including R&D design, analytical testing, experimental verification, shared processing, information, and intellectual property services, providing public support for innovation in technology-driven enterprises. The institute has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Zhongguancun High-Tech Enterprise.
Zhongxi Institute has many years of experience in the analytical testing field, with specialized laboratories and a strong research team. It has established dedicated laboratories for chemistry, microbiology, mechanics, materials, medicine, polymers, acoustics, and more. The institute has provided customized solutions and services to sectors including aerospace, military research, judicial authorities, and high-end manufacturing across China. מכון בייג'ינג ג'ונג-קה גואנגשי למדע וטכנולוגיה נוסד ב-09 באוגוסט 2012, כיחידה בבעלות קולקטיבית, והינו מוסד מחקר מדעי-טכנולוגי המתמחה במחקר ובדיקות מדעיות. באישור הגורמים הרלוונטיים, הפך לגוף שירות אנליזה ובדיקות צד שלישי וקיבל הסמכת CMA; המכון נתמך על ידי קרן החדשנות הממשלתית, והוכר כחברת היי-טק לאומית וכחברת היי-טק של אזור ג'ונג-גואנצון.
מעבדות מכון ג'ונגשי הוקמו ופועלות בהתאם קפדני למערכת ניהול האיכות ISO/IEC 17025, וכוללות 7 מעבדות מקצועיות בתחומי מכשירים, אנליזה, רוקחות, מזון, חומרים, אנרגיה והנדסה כימית, על שטח של מעל 8,000 מטרים רבועים; ברשותן ציוד מדויק גדול כגון ספקטרומטר מסה-כרומטוגרפיה נוזלית (LC-MS), ספקטרומטר מסה-כרומטוגרפיה גזית (GC-MS) וספקטרומטר מסה פלזמה מושראת (ICP-MS), וכן ציוד אנליזה ובדיקות מקצועי מסוגים שונים, בסך הכל מעל 800 יחידות. המעבדות עברו הסמכה של מערכת ניהול האיכות ISO9001, מערכת ניהול הסביבה ISO14001 ומערכת ניהול הבטיחות והבריאות התעסוקתית ISO45001.
מכון ג'ונגשי הוא גוף הערכת הישגים מדעיים-טכנולוגיים צד שלישי המאושר על ידי מרכז ההערכה להתפתחות מיזמי היי-טק של ג'ונג-קה, וברשותו צוות מומחים רב-תחומי, ברמה גבוהה ובעל ניסיון עשיר, המסוגל לבצע שירותים כגון אימות הישגים מדעיים-טכנולוגיים, בחינה והערכה של אישור פרויקטים, וכן לספק שירותי ייעוץ כגון סקרי שוק, תכנון שיווקי ומחקר פיתוח אסטרטגי לחברות בארץ ובחו"ל.
למכון ג'ונגשי הכשרת בדיקת הישגי מחקר מוכרת על ידי משרד המדע והטכנולוגיה, והוא גוף שיתוף פעולה ממונה על ידי מרכז ההערכה להתפתחות מיזמי היי-טק של ג'ונג-קה. המכון הקים מעבדות משותפות עם מרכז בייג'ינג לאנליזה ובדיקות פיזיקליות-כימיות ועם מכון בייג'ינג לניסויי טכנולוגיית חלל, והקים קבוצות מחקר מומחים.
