ပေကျင်းဇုံကေးကွမ်းရှီး သိပ္ပံနည်းပညာသုတေသနအင်စတီကျုကို 2012 ခုနှစ် ဩဂုတ်လ 9 ရက်နေ့တွင် တည်ထောင်ခဲ့ပြီး စုပေါင်းပိုင်ဆိုင်မှုအဖွဲ့အစည်းဖြစ်ကာ သုတေသနနှင့် စမ်းသပ်စိတ်ဖြတ်ကို အဓိကလုပ်ငန်းအဖြစ် လည်ပတ်သော သိပ္ပံနည်းပညာသုတေသနအဖွဲ့အစည်း ဖြစ်သည်။ ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများ၏ ခွင့်ပြုချက်အရ တတိယပါတီ စမ်းသပ်ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာနည်းပညာဝန်ဆောင်မှုအဖွဲ့အစည်း ဖြစ်လာပြီး CMA အရည်အချင်းအသိအမှတ်ပြုလက်မှတ် ရရှိခဲ့သည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အင်စတီကျုသည် အစိုးရဆန်းသစ်တီထွင်မှုရန်ပုံငွေ၏ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီမှုရရှိထားပြီး နိုင်ငံ့အဆင့်မြင့်နည်းပညာစွမ်းဆောင်၊ လုံးချန်းအဆင့်မြင့်နည်းပညာစွမ်းဆောင် ဟူ၍ ဆုချီးမြှင့်ခြင်းခံရသည်။

ဇုံရှီသုတေသနအင်စတီကျုစမ်းသပ်ခန်းသည် ISO/IEC 17025 အရည်အသွေးစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုစနစ်အရ တင်းကျပ်စွာ တည်ဆောက်၍ လည်ပတ်လျက်ရှိပြီး တိုင်းတွေ့စက်၊ ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာ၊ ဆေးဝါး၊ အစားအသောက်၊ ပစ္စည်းပစ္စည်း၊ စွမ်းအင်၊ ဓာတုစက်မှု စသည့် ပြယုဂ် ၇ ခုအား အထူးပြုစမ်းသပ်ခန်းများ တည်ထောင်ထားပြီး၊ ကျယ်ဝန်းသောဧရိယာ စတုရန်းမီတာ 8000 ကျော် ရှိသည်။ အရည်ချဲ့ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာမှုနှင့်အတူ အရောင်ရောင်ညီညီစက် (LC-MS)၊ ဓာတုဆီချဲ့ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာမှုနှင့်အတူ အရောင်ရောင်ညီညီစက် (GC-MS)၊ လျှပ်စစ်စွမ်းအင်ပါဝင်ပလာဇမာအရောင်ရောင်ညီညီစက် (ICP-MS) အစရှိသည့် ကြီးမားသောတိကျစက်ပစ္စည်းများနှင့် အမျိုးမျိုးသောပြယုဂ်ဆိုင်ရာ စမ်းသပ်ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာစက်ပစ္စည်း စုစုပေါင်း 800 ကျော် (စက်ပစ္စည်းအားလုံး) ပိုင်ဆိုင်သည်။ စမ်းသပ်ခန်းသည် ISO9001 အရည်အသွေးစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုစနစ်၊ ISO14001 ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုစနစ်၊ ISO45001 လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့် ဘေးအန္တရာယ်စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုစနစ် အသိအမှတ်ပြုလက်မှတ်များ ရရှိထားသည်။

ဇုံရှီသုတေသနအင်စတီကျုသည် ဇုံကေးအဆင့်မြင့်နည်းပညာစွမ်းဆောင်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုအဆင့်သတ်မှတ်စင်တာ၏ ခွင့်ပြုချက်အရ တတိယပါတီနည်းပညာဖြစ်စင်မှုအဆင့်သတ်မှတ်ခြင်းအဖွဲ့အစည်း ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ဘာသာရပ်များစွာ၊ အဆင့်အနိမ့်မြင့်၊ အတွေ့အကြုံကြွယ်ဝသော ကျွမ်းကျင်ပညာရှင်အဖွဲ့ ပိုင်ဆိုင်၍၊ နည်းပညာဖြစ်စင်မှုသတ်မှတ်ခြင်း၊ စီမံကိန်းစတင်ခြင်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် အဆင့်သတ်မှတ်ခြင်း စသည့်ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ပြီး၊ ပြည်တွင်းနှင့်ပြည်ပလုပ်ငန်းများအတွက် ဈေးကွက်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း၊ ရောင်းချစီမံကိန်းနှင့် မဟာဗျူဟာဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုသုတေသန စသည့်အကြံပေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ပေးအပ်သည်။
