Beijing Zhongke Guangxi Institute of Science and Technology (also known as Zhongxi Institute) is a collectively-owned (shareholding cooperative) research and testing organization affiliated with the Beijing Frontier Science and Technology Research Institute, serving as a scientific research institution focused primarily on research and testing. Zhongxi Institute adheres to the principle of balancing fundamental research with applied research, and integrating applied research with technology commercialization, developing into a comprehensive research institute characterized by its "discipline-building through missions" approach. With approval from relevant authorities, it has become a third-party analytical testing service provider and has obtained CMA/CNAS accreditation. The institute offers services including R&D design, analytical testing, experimental verification, shared processing, information, and intellectual property services, providing public support for innovation in technology-driven enterprises. The institute has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Zhongguancun High-Tech Enterprise.
Zhongxi Institute has many years of experience in the analytical testing field, with specialized laboratories and a strong research team. It has established dedicated laboratories for chemistry, microbiology, mechanics, materials, medicine, polymers, acoustics, and more. The institute has provided customized solutions and services to sectors including aerospace, military research, judicial authorities, and high-end manufacturing across China. Sinds de oprichting streeft het Zhongxi Instituut ernaar de servicebehoeften van klanten te vervullen met een wetenschappelijke houding en een toegewijde onderzoeksinzet, en heeft daarmee erkenning en waardering gekregen van justitiële instanties en talloze ondernemingen in heel China. Het Zhongxi Instituut hanteert 'onpartijdigheid', 'wetenschappelijkheid', 'nauwkeurigheid' en 'kwaliteit' als testbeleid en zal zijn fundament blijven versterken, vasthouden aan de beroepsprincipes van 'stiptheid en integriteit', en klanten nauwkeurige resultaten bieden door middel van wetenschappelijke methoden, een zorgvuldige werkwijze, gestandaardiseerde procedures en hoogwaardige diensten.
Het Peking Zhongke Guangxi Instituut voor Wetenschap en Technologie werd op 9 augustus 2012 opgericht als organisatie in collectief eigendom, met wetenschappelijk onderzoek en testing als kerntaken. Na goedkeuring door de bevoegde instanties werd het een onafhankelijke aanbieder van analytische testdiensten en verwierf het de CMA-certificering. Het instituut ontving steun van het innovatiefonds van de overheid en werd erkend als Nationaal Hoogtechnologisch Bedrijf en Zhongcun Hoogtechnologisch Bedrijf.
De laboratoria van het Zhongxi Instituut zijn opgericht en operationeel volgens het ISO/IEC 17025-kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en omvatten 7 gespecialiseerde laboratoria op het gebied van instrumenten, analyse, farmacie, voeding, materialen, energie en chemische technologie, met een totale oppervlakte van meer dan 8000 m². Het instituut beschikt over geavanceerde precisieapparatuur zoals vloeistofchromatografie-massaspectrometrie (LC-MS), gaschromatografie-massaspectrometrie (GC-MS) en inductief gekoppeld plasma-massaspectrometrie (ICP-MS), samen met ruim 800 apparaten voor professionele analyse en testing. De laboratoria zijn gecertificeerd volgens het ISO9001-kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem, het ISO14001-milieumanagementsysteem en het ISO45001-systeem voor arbeidsgezondheid en veiligheid.
Het Zhongxi Instituut is een door het Zhongke Evaluatiecentrum voor de Ontwikkeling van Hoogtechnologische Bedrijven goedgekeurde onafhankelijke beoordelingsinstantie voor wetenschappelijke en technologische prestaties. Met een multidisciplinair team van hooggekwalificeerde en ervaren experts voert het instituut beoordelingen van wetenschappelijke prestaties uit, verleent diensten op het gebied van projectonderzoek en -evaluatie, en biedt adviesdiensten zoals marktonderzoek, marketingplanning en strategische ontwikkelingsstudies aan binnen- en buitenlandse bedrijven.
Het Zhongxi Instituut beschikt over de door het Ministerie van Wetenschap en Technologie erkende kwalificatie voor het testen van onderzoeksresultaten en is een aangewezen partner van het Zhongke Evaluatiecentrum voor de Ontwikkeling van Hoogtechnologische Bedrijven. Het heeft gezamenlijke laboratoria opgericht met het Peking Centrum voor Fysisch-Chemische Analyse en Testing en het Peking Instituut voor Ruimtevaarttesten, en heeft expertonderzoeksgroepen ingesteld.
